Having designed both B2C and B2B products, I not only enjoy coming up with creative ideas that solve customers' pain points, but also am comfortable with dealing with ambiguity and seeing what comes out of complexity.

Currently, I'm a product designer at Amplitude, a B2B company whose product aims at helping other companies build better products. Previously, I obtained my Master's degree at the School of Information of University of Michigan, specializing in User Experience Research and Design. Before that, I double majored in Computer Science and Philosophy in my undergrad - the former gives me the ability to understand the "behind the scenes" of programming and to empathize with engineers, the latter helps me become a more logical person who can think of problems from different perspectives critically.

When I'm not designing, I love trying new recipes, listening to different music genres (and trying to learn really difficult rap songs), and watching TV series (I watched Friends 15+ times). I am also a boba lover and a dog person :)
